We keep in touch with Bluesky International Alumni and like to continue our relationship.
We encourage our graduates to create a community of practice by staying connected through closed social media sites set up during programme delivery.
Social media is now an essential and dynamic tool for new and existing clients to maintain a close working relationship. We have a communication channel for updating reference material, notification of conferences, learning activities and more!
Group supervision is always available to our graduates on request.
During my time as Head of Coaching at Grant Thornton, we chose to use Bluesky International due to the reputation of Lise Lewis and the quality of the programmes they deliver.
We put a team of 10 coaches through the EMCC Supervision Accreditation which enabled our coaching service internally to evolve to support the ever growing 100+ coaches we had trained within the business.
Participants found the supervision programme thought provoking and insightful with quality assessment and feedback received throughout.
The Diploma for Professional Coaches is a course which balances the theoretical and practical elements of coaching.
Lise is incredibly knowledgable and is able to trasnfer this to students using a patient, relaxed, fun and professional approach.
Deciding to participate in the training has been one of the best investments I have made for my development as a coach.
Completing the training gives me a platform for providing quality service to my clients but also for ongoing personal development and growth.
The training was both, challenging and rewarding and has been money well spent.
