My practice as a coach typically involves inspiring managers and leaders to define personal goals that leverage existing strengths and gain results that go beyond anticipated expectations. I also bring to coaching an understanding of leading a multi-cultural international executive board. This experience has developed skills of harnessing the inherent diversity of team members and appreciating the challenging individualism brought to strategic decision making for the organisation.
Client feedback validates my style as affirming, authentic, engaging, energetic, positively stretching and with deep listening skills. I believe I offer a space for reflection that stimulates and facilitates clients to take the action that achieves the transformational change they seek.
Development areas that clients typically bring to coaching include:
I am also a trained Coach Supervisor and Team Coach providing support and development to organisational coaches and teams and independent practitioners.
During my time as Head of Coaching at Grant Thornton, we chose to use Bluesky International due to the reputation of Lise Lewis and the quality of the programmes they deliver.
We put a team of 10 coaches through the EMCC Supervision Accreditation which enabled our coaching service internally to evolve to support the ever growing 100+ coaches we had trained within the business.
Participants found the supervision programme thought provoking and insightful with quality assessment and feedback received throughout.
The Diploma for Professional Coaches is a course which balances the theoretical and practical elements of coaching.
Lise is incredibly knowledgable and is able to trasnfer this to students using a patient, relaxed, fun and professional approach.
Deciding to participate in the training has been one of the best investments I have made for my development as a coach.
Completing the training gives me a platform for providing quality service to my clients but also for ongoing personal development and growth.
The training was both, challenging and rewarding and has been money well spent.
The programme was exactly what I was looking for, delivered by qualified and competent professionals who believe in the power of what they do.
Bluesky provided very down to earth coaches that were approachable and I feel in my time with Bluesky not only did I start to hone my craft in the world of coaching and mentoring but I believe I met two friends for life. In addition I chose their programme because it had a flexible framework that enabled me to work around a busy schedule.
Also to note, I have a disability and the coaches were very supportive and made the learning accessible which is often overlooked when I have studied elsewhere.
Bluesky for me 5 out of 5.
