About Bluesky International
Bluesky International provides coaching services and development programmes for executives, business leaders, managers,internal coaches and teams. Our services focus on excellence through changing behaviours and aligning energy with personal and business values and goals.
Recently rebranded Bluesky International was formed in 2000 by Lise Lewis. Her inspiration came from wanting to deliver learning and development activities which people retained. This interest was as a result of her MBA dissertation on the transfer of learning from the workshop to the workplace. Research demonstrated that with effective evaluation and review methodology, learning endures and makes a difference to individual performance.
Today, all Bluesky International services - which are designed especially for you - include evaluation and review techniques to support return on investment in people development. Leadership can be developed!
Our coaches and facilitators
- Our executive, business and leadership coaches have specialist experience, are professionally qualified and are either accredited or working towards accreditation. They all subscribe to the Code of Ethics for their membership organisation.
- Our coaching development programmes are certificated and accredited or in the process of being accredited. They are delivered by professional coaches.
- Our leadership and management development programmes are designed to meet individual learning plans which align with development strategies and business objectives. They are delivered by trained facilitators with subject knowledge and expertise.
